Optimal Sexual Intimacy Group Couples Therapy: Enhancing sexual experiences
Would you and your partner like to improve your sex life? This is a unique opportunity to join a small group led by two experienced sex therapists using material based on the work of Dr Peggy Kleinplatz at Ottawa University in Canada (see

WHO/WHAT The groups are for couples with low/no sexual desire and/or desire discrepancy (in which one partner is more interested in sex than the other), who are ready to embark on a journey to enhance their sexual experiences and relationship. The process will involve group therapy over 16 hours (8 weeks at 2hours per week). There is a limit of 4 to 5 couples per group.
The content of the group is based on the work of the Optimal Sexual Experiences Research Team of the University of Ottawa, Canada, The groups are part of a research project studying the effectiveness of group therapy in enhancing sexual relationships. Your participation in the research project (which is optional) consists of completing anonymised questionnaires at several time points during the 8 weeks.
